Planning changes or modifications to your home or yard?   

If you are contemplating changes that affect the outward appearance of your property including, but not necessarily restricted to, re-roofing, construction of any addition to the home where the outward appearance will be affected, the erection of a fence, landscaping that may include large statuary or water features, outbuildings, and the color of the exterior of the property owner's house then approval from the LDPPOA Architectural Committee is required before commencing the work.  The LDPPOA will strive to work with our neighbors to help them achieve their goal. 

Please refer to the Lake Deeson Pointe Covenants & Restrictions for architectural and landscaping requirements for guidance before completing and submitting an Architectural Submission Form along with any supporting documentation from the contractor/builder to the Lake Deeson Pointe Architectural Committee - lakedeesonpoa@gmail.com 

The Architectural Committee will diligently review your application and make every reasonable effort to expedite the review process. Applications will be reviewed for completeness and may request additional information to help clarify your proposal.  

Your application must include documents, photos, drawings, brochures, and information necessary for the Architectural Committee review.  Please note, modifications are not permitted to commence until the Architectural Submission Form has been reviewed and approved by the Architectural Committee.
